Required identifiers before any record import or account link
- Full original HubSpot Record ID (deal) as text. Scientific notation (e.g. 3.41E+10), numbers that were rounded, separators or duplicate IDs are quarantined — never expanded, guessed by name, or silently de-duplicated.
- Full HubSpot contact ID and the contact email, needed for an exact student invitation.
- Actual Deal owner / owner ID. Stage Owner is a different field and is never used for routing or access; the current CSV exports have no actual Deal owner.
- Stage-entry date or stage history per record; without it stage age and overdue status show as unknown.
- Document-reference columns in exports are labels only, not downloadable documents. Real documents enter only through the portal upload.
